Born in 1977, Priti Samyukta studied BFA and MFA in Painting from JNTU College of Fine Arts, Hyderabad and SN School, University of Hyderabad respectively. Priti is the recipient of Hyderabad Art Society Award in 2003 & 2009. She currently teaches at JNA&FAU.

Priti has done two solo shows of her works at Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages, Tarnaka, Hyderabad in 1998 and ‘One Warm Winter’ at Lakshana Art Gallery, Hyderabad in 2007.

Apart from this her recent group exhibits include Visual Conversation’, a travelling show from Bharat Bhavan, Bhopal to Indore, Gwalior, Nagpur and Jaipur during 2010 and 2011; Daira Art Gallery, Hyderabad, 2010; ‘Po10tial’, Kalakriti Art Gallery, Hyderabad, 2009; ‘Colourful Celebration’, Art2day, pune, 2009; Mystic Inspirations, UK, 2006; Ayya Art gallery, Chennai, 2005; ‘Women Artist show’, State Art Gallery, Hyderabad, 2004, to name a few.
