Anjaneyulu is a very diligent artist. He paints in acrylics and oils. He produces exquisite still life images and genre objects that demonstrate harmony of order, colour and pleasure in relationships. His very detailed skilful works, often executed singularly, renders brilliantly on the canvas. He paints simple and easy to understand objects. Paints stainless steel utensils, pliers, bottles, cane, woolen sweaters, shirts, vases, pillows, switch boards and more; often placed against a white wall with a sharp shadow that adjoins it, he paints some very expressive paintings.

One can see his loving observation of light and handling of paint. Subject and style reflect his modesty, open personality and his skill of craftsmanship. The surfaces and textures of the still lives are so believable that one would want to touch them- one knows exactly what everything is and where it is in space.
